An approved course may be taught for one calendar year from the course start date, 09/05/2026, with no further application or payment required. For approved live courses, additional instruction dates within the approval period may be reported to the Board using the “Manage Course Dates” button on the Provider Dashboard.

The course application expires one calendar year from the course approval date, at which time a new course application would need to be submitted and applicable fees must be paid to continue to provide the course.

It is the responsibility of the approved CEP to abide by the requirements set forth in Article 8, sections 1399.480 – 1399.489.1.
